Take a parachute and jump

Hello uncertain freedom, you're exciting.

I’m a life-long operator in B2B SaaS and enterprise software companies. I’ll be leaving the comfort of fulltime contract work at the end of June. And I promised myself to only re-engage with “so, what’s next?” somewhere in September.

As much as the idea of a short sabbatical is appealing after continuous fulltime work since 1993 (!), doing this in the year I turn 55, in the midst of a tech industry revolution (the B2B SaaS model being challenged, the rise and projected downfall of AI), is a bit scary.

I have few ideas about what could be next, but now want to spend conscious time on making the right decision. I’ll document that journey here, so stick around if you want to be part of my jump!
